Blue Star Helium signs master services agreement with IAXC Energy

US midstream provider IAXC Energy will supply and operate one of Blue Star Helium’s recovery plants at the company’s maiden helium development, Voyager.

The duo today (30th June) announced the news, having signed a master services agreement that includes delivery and operation of the plant with a nameplate raw throughput of two million cubic feet a day to produce 98+% purity helium product gas.

IAXC will receive monthly payment from Blue Star Helium for its support and will not incur any capital costs associated with fabrication of the plant.

Plant commissioning and first output is expected during Q4 2023.
